Founded in 2020 by David Missimer, cPT LMT, ArcFitnessLabs was formed to meet (and exceed) the needs of both fitness enthusiasts and developing athletes.
Our passion for the ArcFitnessLabs community powers everything we do. Creating a sense of trust and community between trainers and athletes is our top priority.

David was born in Roxborough, PA and grew up in Lansdale. He lived in North Carolina and Colorado before returning to PA in 2004. He’s been part of the Conshohocken health & fitness community for the last 15 years. David started ArcFitnessLabs to help make our community more fit and more fun!
Favorite leg exercise: Jumping Lunges… You know the burn is coming, so you just have to prepare yourself by finding the required motivation and just keep moving & breathing.
Favorite cardio drill: Can’t beat our Cardio Obstacle Course with agility ladders, low hurdles, and some plyometric movements sprinkled in there, too!
Hardest drill of the moment: Repeat hills and sprints at the end of an interval training run. I’m always telling myself, “You’re not done yet. You can do one more set.”
Getting into fitness and working out: I started working out in my basement when I was 15 years old, and I have made health and fitness a part of my life since then. We only get one body and one go around at life, so taking great care of what we have should be a priority!
Life before Arc Fitness: David managed a corporate fitness center and also was a group fitness instructor for Conshohocken Health & Fitness and Tone Zone Fitness Studio. He is also a licensed massage therapist, certified personal trainer, and a former yoga instructor.

We started ARC Fitness Labs to provide an option for the area’s growing fitness community. We wanted to create a fitness environment where our clients are always the top priority, the instructors & trainers are valued, and the owners and staff take an active interest in the overall wellness and success of our members.
ARC Fitness Labs classes are designed for individuals who want to increase or maintain their current fitness levels. We will offer basic and advanced fitness classes to address the needs of our members. Safety is always paramount in our classes. All are welcome — come give us a try!
You do not have to be “in shape” to try our classes. The objective is to leave the workout feeling better about yourself and your health than you did before. Our classes and training, along with proper hydration, nutrition, and recovery, will lead to positive changes in life. If you leave our studio and do not feel valued and better about yourself, then we did not do our job as your fitness provider.
Our members can push themselves as hard as they would like in our group classes, and we always offer modifications (or additional weights) to challenge even the most fit participants.
Definitely. We offer individual personal training and small group training, too. You can pick a package (and a group of workout friends) that works best for you.
The age range is from 9 to 99 🙂
But seriously… We have athletes as young as 9 years old participating in our youth athletic training classes, while a few of our personal training clients are in their 60s and 70s.
